DIRECTIONS FOR USE – PRODUCT DOSE
It is recommended that the discs be immersed in a dilute solution of LUBE OIL SEPARATOR CLEANER. Depending upon the quantity of deposits, a solution containing one part of LUBE OIL SEPARATOR CLEANER to four to eight parts water should be used. Any suitable metal container (except galvanized) or dip tank can be used to clean the parts. The solution can be used at ambient temperature, but faster cleaning will take place at an elevated temperature of 50°- 60°C (122°-140°F).
Do not immerse bronze or brass distributor support columns in the LUBE OIL SEPARATOR CLEANER solution since corrosion of these materials will likely occur. Remove the stainless steel discs from the support column and place only these stainless steel parts in the LUBE OIL SEPARATOR CLEANER solution. After cleaning has be completed, thoroughly rinse the parts with fresh or tap water.

Descalers EA06
For Removal of Uric Acid Deposit.
PART # EA07 | 0731851223903
PHYSICAL DATA
Appearance: Liquid, Clean colorless
Specific gravity: 1.2 @20ºC
pH (1% solution): 1,2
Flash point: None
DESCRIPTION
A unique blend of concentrated biodegradable cleaners for effective removal of uric acid deposits. The development of URICLEAN CONCENTRATE was partly due to the shipowners continual problems, particularly with vacuum type system where uric acid deposits persist and ultimately cause internal blockages. Bacteria products although quite effective on organic wastes, it has been realized that these bacteria type products are ineffective in the reduction or elimination of uric acid deposits. Uric acid deposits crystalize within the internals of a vessels piping system and bacteria can not penetrate the hardened barrier. URICLEAN CONCENTRATE is unique in its formulation and has the proven ability to reduce and in many cases eliminate the concerning problem within a vessels sanitation piping system. With the combined efforts between the ships staff and UNIservice URICLEAN CONCENTRATE can effectively solve the age old problem of line blockages.
PROPERTIES
Liquid containing inhibited acidic properties. URICLEAN is nonflammable and completely soluble in water. It also contains a concentrated blend of biodegradable cleaners. URICLEAN CONCENTRATE has demostrated to the marine industry its unique ability to effectively clean and eliminate uric acid build-ups in sanitation vacuum systems. Ship Owners are turning to Uniservice as more and more cruise vessels become faced with clogging problems in their vacuum systems. URICLEAN CONCENTRATE is an on-line solution for eliminating hard deposits which are inherent in vacuum systems formed by uric acid.
